Legal guarantee notice
If you shop with us as a consumer (i.e. not for your business), you are legally entitled to have any defects in the goods remedied free of charge. Below you will find the official European Union notice and a short explanation of what it means for you. If you buy as a business, your rights regarding defective goods are governed by our terms and conditions.

What the legal guarantee means for you
At least two years
We are liable for any defects that existed when the goods were delivered and that become apparent within at least two years of delivery.
Free repair or replacement
We will repair faulty goods free of charge or replace them with new ones.
Price reduction or refund
If repair or replacement is not possible, is not carried out within a reasonable time, the defect reappears or is serious, you are entitled to a reasonable price reduction, or you can withdraw from the contract and get your money back.
How to make a claim
You make claims under the legal guarantee with us as the seller. You will find the procedure in our terms and conditions, or you can contact us directly.
Legal guarantee and manufacturer's guarantee
The legal guarantee always applies and covers all goods. Some manufacturers may also offer their own voluntary guarantee. It does not limit your legal rights in any way – it applies in addition to them.
Where a manufacturer offers a free guarantee of durability covering the entire product for more than two years, we mark that product with the EU GARAN label directly on the product page.
